By enrolling in and accessing this ComfyUI Course ("Course") provided by Our Company, you ("Student") agree to the following terms:
1. Course Access
1.1 After full payment, you get non-transferable personal access to the Course materials for 12 months from enrollment.
1.2 Keep your account credentials confidential. Unauthorized account sharing or rule violations may result in access termination.
2. Student Responsibilities
2.1 Respect instructors and fellow students; post legal, appropriate content in learning communities.
2.2 Course results depend on personal effort. The Provider does not guarantee specific outcomes.
3. Intellectual Property
3.1 All Course materials (videos, tutorials, code, etc.) are owned by the Provider. You may download them for personal learning only, not copy, distribute or resell.
3.2 Your works created during the Course belong to you. You grant the Provider non-exclusive, royalty-free rights to use them for educational or promotional purposes (no personal info disclosed without consent).
4. Fees & Refunds
4.1 Pay the full course fee as specified. Fees are non-refundable except Course is canceled by Provider.
4.2 Refund requests must be submitted via Heshiyun168@gmail.com within the eligible period.
5. Disclaimers & Liability
5.1 The Course is provided "as is" without warranties. The Provider is not liable for disruptions due to factors beyond control internet issues.
5.2 The Provider is not responsible for damages from using ComfyUI or third-party tools mentioned in the Course.
6. Miscellaneous
6.1 The Provider may update these terms; changes will be notified via email/platform.
6.2 Disputes shall be governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
